Well, I got sidelined and went completely off the diet for a week. I can't say for sure what happened. One minute I was doing really good, and the next, kaboom! It is now April 9, 2007, and I am starting over. I am really going to watch what I'm doing so I can spot these mishaps and control them. My attitude is good, so that's a great start.
